SuVonne’ uses PayPal to process payments on their secure web site. SuVonne’ accepts payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
Shipping Information
Orders filled upon receipt and will ship within 72 hours. We ship all orders out in a timely manner. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery depending on your ship to location. SuVonne’ ships by United Parcel Services (UPS). UPS automated shipping estimator will calculate shipping charges at check out according to weight and ship to location.
Sales Tax
Sales tax calculated at seven percent and added to any orders shipped to New Jersey.
Return Policy
Customer service is our number one priority. Any item received damaged in shipment or the incorrect product shipped, SuVonne' will replace at no cost after inspection of the item. Contact us at sales@suvonne.com to report the damaged item. Claims must be reported within five days of receipt of shipment. However, since hygienic is important and the nature of our products, if a product has been opened, it cannot be returned. Please note some of SuVonne’s products contain butters that will liquefy in heat, but return to a solid state after reaching room temperature. SuVonne’ is dedicated to supplying our customers with superior and quality products; we guarantee to produce the best.
Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel an order after placement, please email us immediately requesting cancellation. If the product has shipped, the unopened package can be returned for a refund less shipping charges.
